Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced hospitality business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established and forward-thinking company operating across multiple UK locations.Key Responsibilities:
3. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process using the automated system
4. Support regional managers by ensuring accurate input of employee data and hours
5. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing - no manual calculations required
6. Prepare and compile detailed finance reports, payroll journals, and monthly reconciliations
7. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support reporting and compliance requirements
8. Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
You'll be required to attend an office environment 3 days a week, including ad-hoc travel to other sites.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Payroll Specialist should have:
9. Experience in payroll administration within a multi-site or fast-moving environment
10. Strong understanding of payroll systems and reporting
11. Confident with finance tasks such as reporting, reconciliations, and journal preparation
12. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
13. A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
