Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Chelmsford area. CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a government contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) PPM's & Reactive maintenance Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Managing priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours. Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.
