We are now recruiting for a Cell Leader to ensure that the cell achieves the day-to-day customer requirements in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost and to continuously improve the performance of the team.
As our Cell Leader you will be specifically responsible for:
Team Leadership: Support and motivate your team, address performance issues, and act as the first point of contact for queries.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain workflow, ensure cycle time adherence, and manage start-up/changeovers.
