Key Skills Required:
* Understand technical drawings and production schedule to ensure accurate manufacturing.
* Knowledge and experience of hand and power tools and wood working machinery.
* Work to accurate tolerances, ensuring dimensions and tight-fitting joints of own work
* Work to production deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Communicate with senior staff or supervisors about progress, issues, and any required materials.
* Conduct checks on own work to ensure it meets the required standards.
* Excellent attention to detail required: Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
Specific Work Tasks:
* Assemble door frames, screens and joinery when required
* Fit bespoke beading, moulding and metal trims
* Glaze specialist doors with a range of different seals, intumescent and glass types
* Fit specialist ironmongery for a range of applications
* Physically swing doors in frames when required
