Qualified Solicitor - Conveyancer / Wills & Probate
Location: Maidenhead (Office-Based)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to join its growing team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and motivated legal professional with experience in both residential conveyancing and wills & probate to step into a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate administration matters
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Drafting legal documents including contracts, transfers, and wills
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Providing clear, practical legal advice with a strong client-focused approach
* Supporting team members where needed and contributing to a collaborative workplace
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
* Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing and wills & probate
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
