Eligibility
The role of Senior Associate at AQUILAW requires candidates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Role
As a Senior Associate at AQUILAW’s Mumbai office, candidates will engage in a wide range of dispute resolution matters under the supervision of Partner Neerav Merchant and the Principal Associate. The responsibilities include handling civil litigation, property disputes, constitutional cases, and recovery-related proceedings.
