Maintenance Supervisor - The Elena | Newport, TN
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Elena in Newport, TN. Ideal candidate has strong multifamily background and hands‑on technical skills. EPA certification required.
Role Overview
* Lead and support maintenance team
* Complete and oversee repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.
* Ensure timely resident service requests, including on-call rotation
* Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
* Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
* Pool maintenance experience preferred
Qualifications
* 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
* EPA and CPO certification required
* Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
* Ability to lead, train, and hold team accountable
* Customer-service focused
