The Role: As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing full themes, CRO tests, and complete end-to-end e-commerce experiences. Working closely with the Creative Director and a talented design team, you’ll bring innovative concepts to life and ensure each project delivers measurable impact. Responsibilities: Lead the design of engaging, high-converting e-commerce websites using Figma. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and present innovative design concepts. Manage the full design process, from initial concept to final execution, including presentations and final deliverables. Stay informed of the latest design trends and e-commerce best practices to ensure cutting-edge work. Contribute actively to team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals, upholding the agency’s high standards. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Figma with the ability to produce visually striking, conversion-focused designs. Minimum 2 years experience designing D2C e-commerce websites, ideally within a Shopify agency setting. Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and ability to apply data insights to design decisions. A compelling portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work with measurable user impact. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ensuring smooth teamwork with colleagues, developers, and clients. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Demonstrated experience in brand design and maintaining cohesive brand identities. Bonus Skills: Genuine passion for e-commerce and creating exceptional user experiences.
