𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 10+ years experience, with expertise in payments regulation, domestic and cross-border funds transfers.
* Act as the single regulatory point of contact for Direct to Scheme (D2S), streamlining engagement and governance.
* Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, including Phase 2 planning and execution.
* Manage local regulatory advice for scheme connections
* Manage license application preparation, readiness assessments and guidance.
* Support regulator and scheme operator engagements.
* Consolidate obligations across schemes to optimize sequencing and leverage lessons learned.
* Coordinate with local counsel and compliance while owning all deliverables.
* Create global documentation for D2S regulatory strategy to ensure smooth transition post-contract.
