Business Analyst - Retail Systems (Contract)
Location: London or Leeds (hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP (June onwards)
We're supporting a leading retail brand in recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced delivery environment undergoing transformation and continuous improvement.
The Role
This is a broad, delivery-focused BA role supporting multiple workstreams rather than a single project. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across retail systems, supporting store-led enhancements, and helping shape the strategy for a growing bespoke customer experience offering.
Key areas include:
1. Delivering small to medium enhancements across store systems
2. Supporting a bespoke retail customisation initiative with global reach
3. Reviewing fragmented systems and defining end-to-end processes
4. Contributing to POS and wider retail system improvements
5. Supporting compliance updates and ongoing business change
What We're Looking For
6. Proven Business Analyst experience in retail environments
7. Strong understanding of store systems, POS, and inventory management
8. Experience working across multiple applications and stakeholders
9. Ability to define and map end-to-end processes
10. Confident communicator who can work collaboratively in less structured environments
Desirable:
11. Experience with Oracle or SAP
