As a leader in eco-friendly practises, our client is committed to reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability across all operations. 🌍\n\nBenefits & Perks:\n\n20 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nOffice closure between Christmas and New Year 🎄\nAnnual bonus opportunities\nWPA healthcare\nFlexible working hours 🕒Responsibilities:\n As the Sustainability Manager, you will:\n\nCollaborate with teams on sustainability accreditations (BREEAM, WELL, LEED)\nGather literature for compliance and transparency 📚\nConduct assessments of internal processes for improvement\nLead the annual BCorp review and ensure continuous progress\nManage the Renew programme for furniture reuse\nOversee ESG reporting and promote sustainability at industry events 🎤\nDevelop policies and track emissions for carbon neutrality by 2030\nEngage clients with presentations on sustainability initiatives 💡Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nProven experience in sustainability management, ideally in furniture or construction\nStrong knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards\nExperience in implementing sustainability policies and reporting\nExcellent collaborative and communicative skills\nStrong leadership abilities to drive change and influence stakeholders\nA passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship 🌱Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nFamiliarity with ISO and FSC standards\nExperience in carbon lifecycle documentation\nInsight into supply chain sustainabilityTechnologies:\n\nFamiliarity with reporting systems and sustainability metrics\nProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software toolsHow to apply:\n If you are ready to make a tangible impact and lead the charge in sustainability, we want to hear from you!
