A leading and rapidly expanding water company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a major Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation. This programme is central to their digital transformation, integrating FSL with smart metering and waste‑management systems to modernise field operations and customer service.
The Role
You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end programme, driving the rollout of FSL scheduling for smart metering across the organisation. This includes managing internal and external communications, coordinating with third‑party partners, and ensuring seamless delivery alongside a major enterprise systems integrator.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the Salesforce FSL implementation across multiple workstreams
* Overseeing integration with smart metering and waste‑management platforms
* Managing programme governance, delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement
* Working closely with enterprise SI partners to ensure high‑quality delivery
* Driving communication across internal teams and external third parties
* Ensuring the solution meets operational, regulatory, and customer‑experience objectives
Must-Have Experience
* Proven background as a Salesforce Programme Manager across multiple large‑scale programmes
* Strong experience within the utilities sector
* Deep expertise in Field Service Lightning
* Demonstrated success working with enterprise‑level systems integrators
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and technical delivery environments
