As Deputy Room Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the room, help guide routines, and work closely with the Room Leader to maintain a structured, safe, and stimulating environment. Before You Apply Recent experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Room Leader in a nursery setting is essential. A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is required.
