Key Responsibilities: As the Cable Engineering Manager, your role will encompass: Overseeing the overall design and governance of HV cable systems across various Offshore Hybrid Assets (OHA) projects. Managing a talented team of engineers to ensure the delivery of safe and reliable cable systems. Collaborating with cable contractors, civil works contractors, and ancillary system suppliers to ensure high standards in design and construction. Acting as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, authorities, and suppliers. Ensuring safety by design principles are embedded in all contractor solutions. Conducting regular site visits to cable routes and converter stations to monitor progress and quality.What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Proven experience delivering large infrastructure projects. A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while producing high-quality results under tight deadlines. In-depth knowledge of the power industry and technical understanding of converter station components. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
