Senior Clinical Trial Management Associate

Responsibilities
* Support Phase I–III clinical trials in Pharma or CRO settings.
* Manage vendor relationships, including oversight of central labs, imaging, and IVRS.
* Monitor activities, including review of visit reports and protocol deviations.
* Collaborate with CROs, vendors, and clinical sites to ensure trial milestones are met.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support oncology/cell therapy studies.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in oncology trials; CAR-T experience preferred.
* Proven experience supporting Phase I-III clinical trials in Pharma or CRO settings.
* Vendor management expertise in central labs, imaging, and IVRS.
* Familiarity with monitoring activities and review of visit reports and protocol deviations.
* Prior CRA experience highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of European regulations and EU-CTR guidelines.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience working directly with CROs and vendor oversight in a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMEA regulations.
* Experience with clinical research sites or hospitals.
* Experience with clinical systems such as CTMS.
Preferred Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
* At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within oncology or cell therapy.
Other Requirements
* Hybrid working: ability to attend the office three days a week in Uxbridge, UK.
* Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year as needed.
