Working closely with the Director of Midwifery, Chief Nurse, senior clinical teams, and external partners, the post holder will lead on embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement. Lead the services in ensuring compliance with national safety standards, and implementing learning from external reviews such as MBRRACE and Ockenden. The role involves leading and overseeing the perinatal governance framework ensuring robust risk management, incident investigation, and learning processes.
