Are you an enthusiastic and caring teacher who loves shaping young minds at the start of their learning journey? A welcoming, Ofsted-rated Good (2022) two-form entry primary setting in Hertfordshire is looking to appoint a Year 1 Class Teacher to join their supportive team from January 2026.
You will take full responsibility for a class of 20 pupils, including some children with additional needs, supported by an additional adult in the classroom. The school places high value on collaboration, offering shared planning with a parallel Year 1 teacher, alongside access to previous planning and resources to ensure a smooth and confident start.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

• Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals
• Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress
