Duties and Responsibilities
* Become Business Partner for EMEA IT and to become the first point of contact for any
* financial matters from EMEA IT stakeholders.
* Ownership of month end process in collaboration with cross functional teams
* Monitor and report on financial performance (Capex / Revex), highlighting risks andopportunities.
* Offer financial analysis and insights to support decision making and to optimise costs.
* Ownership of costs analytics with explanations for variances against plan through a detailed understanding of business and cost drivers.
* Management of cost sharing agreements/SLAs with otherglobal entities
* Seek ways to enhance and improve processes on an ongoing basis
* Review of business cases for IT programmes, strategic initiatives with support in any financial modelling needs.
* Ownership of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the assigned IT aea. Assist in the delivery of other overarching budget deliverables. Lead on monthly financial reviews with IT Leads and their PMOs (for the assigned IT departments)
* Delivery of ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior management.
* Management of the monthly capitalisation process
* Offshore team's task management
Dual Hat Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsibilities will straddle both International and Bank
* Adhere to the Dual Hat Policies & Procedures which set out the permitted activities and ensure you conduct yourself accordingly, when acting in a dual hat capacity
* Responsibility for identifying and resolving where there may be a difference or conflict in needs, betweenbith internal and bank, escalating where required.
* Dual Hat Authority
* Adhere to the Group's Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, regulatory and compliance obligations and any other applicable policies made available to you, and as updated from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 4 years of PQE in IT Finance or Finance Business Partnering / Management Reporting
* Preferred professional accounting qualification.
* A strong team player, self-motivated and proactive.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely.
* Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Strategic thinker with passion for Finance and Technology
* High level understanding of IT Project delivery lifecycle (desirable)
