Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Hybrid)
Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad (India) and Milton Keynes (United Kingdom)
Days of Work: Monday – Friday
Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities
* Manage business projects from initiation to completion.
* Build and maintain the project team.
* Understand business needs and objectives.
* Define project scope, milestones and timelines.
* Manage and budget project resources.
* Identify and manage potential project risks.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Ensure business expectations and requirements are met.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in a similar delivery or project management role.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Problem‑solving skills.
* Experience with AGILE and SCRUM.
* Familiarity with SaaS environments.
* PMI‑PMP certification (preferred).
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of professional experience in delivery management or project management.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Experience using relevant project management tools.
Recruitment Process

* Initial telephone or online meeting (Teams / Zoho / Zoom) – Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
* Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests – if applicable).
* Technical Interview – in person or online.
