This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Lawyer looking to progress their career in a collaborative environment with genuine long-term prospects.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
* Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters.
* Provide a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
* Work closely with an established team and develop strong relationships with clients, agents and introducers.
The Candidate
* Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and commercial approach.
* Ability to manage own caseload and deliver excellent client service.
