Responsibilities of the role:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Inspire students to develop confidence and curiosity in mathematics
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
* Participate in the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities and extracurricular activities
The successful educator:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
* Is committed to continuous professional development and collaborative working
