Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Designing, developing, and validating predictive algorithms and machine learning models. Supporting field trials and pilot studies to test and refine new models. Documenting findings and publishing insights in internal and external forums. Providing training to internal teams on the application of predictive technologies. Continuously learning and applying advancements in AI and steam engineering. Reporting regularly on activities to the Head of Digital Products. Advocating for data science best practices and emerging technologies. Ensuring compliance with quality procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality policies. Identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and process improvement. Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include…. Hands-on experience with machine learning, data analytics, and AI technologies. Working knowledge of predictive modelling and algorithm development. Collaboration with engineering, product, and UX teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Experience mentoring junior colleagues in data science or related fields. Engagement with external partners to support integration and development goals. Familiarity with industrial or engineering environments is a plus.
