They should be comfortable offering bold and confident recommendations, demonstrating leadership grounded in both creative insight and analytical expertise.
The role involves working across Paid Search and Paid Social, including the planning, creation, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other biddable media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (eCommerce and B2B).
2. Own paid media campaigns end-to-end: research, planning, trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting, budget management, and reporting.
3. Drive strong results against client KPIs—purchases, leads, ROAS, and more.
4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
