Job Title: Systems Finance Analyst

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Redditch on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the integration and optimisation of financial systems and reporting tools.
2. Work closely with the finance team to ensure systems are aligned with business needs.
3. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for financial and operational use.
4. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
5. Ensure data integrity across finance systems and assist in troubleshooting discrepancies.
6. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
7. Train and support internal users on finance systems and reporting tools.
8. Maintain documentation related to system processes, policies, and procedures.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Previous experience in a finance or finance systems role is preferred.
3. Competent with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and ERP/reporting systems.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. AAT qualified or studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
2. Experience with finance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar.
3. Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
