Job Description
What is the opportunity? You will be a Senior HR Advisor for the Wealth Management business in the British Isles. You will assist with developing engaging experiences that attract, develop, reward, engage, and retain talent. You will advise on people and culture to support the business strategy.
What will you do?
* Engagement: Implement and drive experiences that attract, develop, reward, engage, and retain talent. Analyze Employee Engagement Survey results, develop action plans, and evaluate ROI. Work with management to sustain engagement momentum. Act as HR contact for engagement initiatives.
* Talent Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on talent initiatives, identify talent pipelines, and develop succession plans.
* Business Initiatives: Participate in HR projects, manage ad hoc requests, and recommend system improvements.
* Performance Management: Support managers in performance cycles, coach on underperformance issues.
* Leadership Development: Assist in assessing and developing employee capabilities, coordinate with Learning & Development teams.
* Diversity: Promote Diversity and Inclusion, ensure compliance with laws and policies.
* Compensation: Partner on compensation processes, review roles, and market data.
What do you need to succeed?
* Experience in a busy HR department, providing excellent service.
* Proven senior HR advisory experience, especially in employee relations.
* Experience with senior leadership teams.
Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment.
