About the role
As an Estate Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day technical condition of our estates. This includes ensuring minor repairs are identified and addressed promptly, while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
You will work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers to help maintain safe, compliant and welcoming environments.

You will be practical, well organised and confident communicating with a wide range of customers. You will take pride in your work and understand the importance of maintaining safe and pleasant environments for our residents.
Essential criteria
1. Experience in carrying out or managing minor repairs
2. Proven experience dealing directly with customers
3. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices
