They're looking for a Technical Manager to join their Beaconsfield office and take ownership of the technical delivery for their premium developments.

What you'll be doing

You will lead the technical process from planning through to handover, ensuring information is produced, reviewed and distributed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

1. Manage working drawings, specifications and consultant outputs
2. Review design details to ensure practical, cost-effective and high-quality solutions
3. Coordinate planning, design freeze, regulatory approvals and warranty requirements
4. Oversee Building Regulations compliance and the discharge of planning conditions
5. Arrange and assess surveys (site, soil, contamination etc) and technical reports
6. Manage service connections, disconnections and statutory agreements (Section 38/104/278)
7. Drive value engineering and quality control across projects
