Responsibilities Engage with business clients to understand their needs and provide product information. Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requests. Send follow-up emails to customers regarding order and dispatch status. Process and record customer orders accurately and efficiently. Update customers on stock levels and product availability. Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order deliveries. Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and generate reports using the CRM system. Be involved in reports and sales analysis. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers. Requirements Preferably 2 years of experience in a Sales Department. Very good knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
