ICT Programme Officer
Overview
We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic and dynamic programme support officer to work within the Product Delivery team. Working within ICT, you will be delivering a range of ICT and business change projects and small pieces of work. The team is responsible for ICT related projects across NCC and offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and technologies using different delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ICT solutions efficiently using agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN as well as waterfall delivery methods.
* Support the planning, coordination and implementation of ICT and business change projects.
* Maintain project documentation, status reports and timelines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and solutions are of high quality.
* Provide organisational support, attention to detail and flexibility in a pressured environment.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience delivering ICT solutions and managing small to medium projects.
* Familiarity with agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) and waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to quality.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.

* Salary: £34,434 – £39,152 per annum
