Overview
Contracted hours: 0-hour contract (hours as and when needed, to be available at short notice). Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. Hourly rate of pay: £12.50. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant at Nellsar Care Homes, you will be part of an exceptionally supportive team, providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to the people living at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
Responsibilities
The Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Ensuring residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
* Ensuring care plans, assessments, risk assessments, and other care documentation are followed accordingly.
* Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
* Maintaining residents\' independence, privacy, and dignity at all times.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all care given on our software package (handheld devices).
* Ensuring infection control procedures are always adhered to.
