We excel at balancing budget considerations with exceptional design and place a strong emphasis on understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Role Description
* Architectural Technician/Technologist
* Produce RIBA Stage 2–3 design packages including planning drawings and layouts
* Deliver Stage 4 Technical Design packages, in full compliance with The Building Regulations 2010
* Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical information, in both AutoCAD and Revit
* Work both independently and collaboratively with senior architects and technologists
Essential Skills / Experience
* Proficient with Revit
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Proficient Microsoft 365
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience within an architectural practice
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Able to self-manage workload and communicate effectively when working to project deadlines
Desirable Skills
* SketchUp / Enscape
* Adobe InDesign / Photoshop
* Planning Portal experience
* Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
