Job Title: Team Manager - Occupational Therapist

Pay Rate: £34.22–£44.73 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager on behalf of its client for an Occupational Therapist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care and management and will lead a multi-disciplinary OT team based in Solihull.
Team Includes:
Community, Duty, Housing, and Children's OTs
Supported By:
3 Assistant Team Managers
Reports To:
Head of Service (also an OT)
What will your responsibilities be?
* Operational team management
* Oversight of assessments, adaptations, and equipment
* Staff supervision and service development
* Partnership working and safeguarding
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
* Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
* Experience in a local authority setting preferred
* Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
* Based in Islington, with travel for community visits
