Content Creator and Social Media Executive
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and hands-on Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our marketing team.
You’ll work closely with the internal marketing team and the marketing manager to ensure content is aligned with our brand, is engaging and effective.
We are looking for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, Instagram shopping / algorithms on Pinterest etc … in order to best promote products.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Planning
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/YouTube)
Shoot new showroom content
Capture behind-the-scenes/team footage for LinkedIn
Edit and repurpose content for different platforms (e.g. TikTok → Reels → Shorts)
Design branded graphics for posts, stories, and blog visuals
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta and Pinterest
Tag products in Instagram Shopping posts
Set up and optimise Pinterest boards
Engage with followers (respond to DMs, comments and mentions)
Monitor platform trends and propose reactive content ideas
Brand Building
Work on shaping TikTok persona
Draft copy and create visuals for new launches
Collaborate with brand leads on key messaging for B2B vs B2C content
Conduct competitor research and present inspiration for upcoming campaigns
Collaboration & Admin
Join weekly check-ins with the Marketing Manager and brand stakeholders
Coordinate with the SEO specialist on visuals for blogs and landing pages
Share creative assets with the Paid Media Partner for campaign rollouts
Maintain asset folders, trackers, and content calendars
Prepare internal decks or creative overviews for upcoming campaigns
Ad Hoc & Project Work
Support on content creation for trade shows or events
Capture, setup and wrap-up visuals for event stories
Assist with influencer outreach research and product seeding visuals
Troubleshoot issues with Instagram Shop or Pinterest product tags
Requirements
* Proven education and at least 2 years relevant work experience
* Previous work across experience across B2B / B2C / Trade sectors
* Excellent photography and video capture/editing skills
* Proficient in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Experience on Canva, Meta Suite, Later or similar scheduling tools
Salary & Additional Info
Salary £28k - £32k depending on experience.
