Our client who specialise in helping clients make strategic property investments are looking to expand their London Sales team! In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in making informed investment decisions and maximizing their returns in UK New Home developments.
Responsibilities

* Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients interested in property investment opportunities.
* Qualify and register prospective clients over the phone
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
* Provide Financial & Property advice and guidance to clients on property investment strategies
* Closing Sales (over the phone)
Requirements
* Previous experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* A proven track record of closing over the phone
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to work.
