Your Tasks
* Maintaining and purchasing of IT equipment
* Maintaining and repair management of mobile devices
* Installation, maintaining and troubleshooting of client hardware devices
* Creation and maintenance of documentation
* User management in Active Directory, M365
* User support for the local plant
* Remote support within the WEPA Group
* Assistance of other IT teams in project work
* Occasional business-related travel
The position is primarily performed on site in Blackburn. Remote work is possible upon individual agreement.
Your Profile
* Qualification: Completed vocational training as an IT clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable.
* Experience and Know-how:
o At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
o Experience in the following systems:
+ Office Applications
+ PC Systems
+ Server Operating Systems
+ Citrix
+ ADS
+ Client Server Technology
+ ITSM Systems
+ Archive Systems
* Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
* Personality: Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and motivation.
* Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
