Estates Contracts Lead Administrator - Band 4
Location: Lagan Valley Hospital
Directorate: Finance & Estates
Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, Flexi-time available)
Rate of pay - £14.06 per hour
Join our Finance & Estates team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential service and maintenance contracts across the Trust.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Estates Contracts Manager and team
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with HSCNI guidelines
- Support procurement and tender processes, including preparing documentation and analysing returns
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, managing communications and queries
- Coordinate contract meetings, reviews, and audits
- Monitor contractor performance, payments, and statutory compliance (e.g. LOLER)
- Keep asset registers and contract databases up to date
What we're looking for:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a contracts or procurement environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners
- Proficient in managing data, reports, and documentation
