Key Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point for 1st Line, resolving advanced technical incidents
Deliver remote and on-site support across users, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites
Monitor alerts, patching, and proactively prevent service disruptions
Troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualisation
Work with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments
