🧱 The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You’ll work closely with project and site teams, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full commercial management of live construction projects
* Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Supporting project delivery teams with commercial insight and strategy
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply-chain partners
âś… Ideal Candidate Profile
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to grow with a business. You’ll ideally have:
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
* A relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction)
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
RICS accreditation (or working towards it) is advantageous, but not essential.
