Make a real difference every day! We're seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, passionate team supporting adults with learning disabilities in Chippenham.
Pay: £22.50 per hour
Contract: Minimum 3 months
Team: Oversee a dedicated and close-knit care team who support 5 people
Client Group: Adults with learning disabilities
Requirement: Ideally with an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the service
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care
* Lead, support, and manage staff effectively
Skills:
* Strong staff management and leadership abilities
* Solid understanding of CQC regulations
* Commitment to promoting independence and person-centered care
Qualifications:
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualifications are frequently sought
