Senior Construction Process Consultant (Part-Time, 3 Days / Week)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Process Consultant to facilitate process workshops and bring industry best-practice knowledge to a leading construction-focused ERP project. This is a part-time role (~3 days / week), initially running from end of the year through to end of March / early April, with potential for longer-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate process workshops, providing guidance on best practices within the construction industry.
* Challenge existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with clients to articulate how ERP solutions can support end-to-end construction processes.
* Act as a bridge between business processes and ERP system functionality, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.
* Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions as required (availability may be needed for key meetings in December).
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong construction industry background with in-depth knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
* Proven facilitation skills, able to lead senior stakeholders through workshops and discussions.
* Experience in ERP systems (preferably IFS) is beneficial, but emphasis is on business process expertise.
* Comfortable explaining complex processes and ERP functionality to a non-technical audience.
* Demonstrable track record of working with large-scale construction organisations.
