Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual seeking a part-time, permanent position within our Sales team in Lowestoft? We are currently looking for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join our family-owned dealership. About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our fast-paced administration department. Your responsibilities will include supporting our branch and ensuring compliance with all Group and legal requirements. Key duties encompass:

* Maintaining accurate vehicle records, including deal files.
* Referencing the Group vehicle admin policy to ensure adherence.
* Registering ancillaries such as warranties, service plans, roadside assistance, and gap insurance within agreed timescales.
* Processing deals through the system promptly and in accordance with Group and legal requirements.
* Accurately ordering vehicles in line with dealership guidelines.
* Managing and coordinating the distribution of documents within the Sales Department and with other departments.
* Processing invoices, paperwork, and customer details efficiently.
* Ordering, updating, checking, and recording all vehicle stock details.
* Promptly completing taxation for sold vehicles to support customer delivery handovers.
* Assisting with general ad hoc administration duties as needed.

What we're looking for in you:

* Previous experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Computer literacy.
* Strong numeracy skills.
* Willingness to learn.

Salary

£7,600 per annum

Hours

12 hours per week covered over 2 mornings (flexible with working hours and days)
