Responsibilities
* Collaborating with account, technical, and creative teams to define and implement engaging customer journeys
* Creating wireframes, information architecture, customer journey maps, and beautifully crafted interfaces
* Designing and building digital prototypes with speed and precision
* Applying user-centred design principles to deliver experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals
* Supporting and contributing to client workshops and design sprints
* Presenting design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years' experience in a creative agency environment
* A diverse digital product design portfolio, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and measurable results
* Strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods, and techniques
* Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to simplify complex design problems
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Familiarity with AI prototyping tools
* Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly
* Full UK driving licence
