Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful global company based in Bury. This company is growing year on year, offering future progression opportunities. You will be working within a small team, and your duties will include:
1. Handling queries via phone and email
2. Providing quotes to customers
3. Processing customer orders
4. Invoicing
5. Processing technical documents
6. Chasing outstanding invoice payments
7. Liaising with the sales team
To be successful, you should be customer-focused, driven, and have previous experience as a sales administrator and in customer service. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems is essential, along with the ability to work well within a small, friendly team.
