A friendly and welcoming primary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision as soon as possible. The Role

The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while building strong relationships with staff, families, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities of the SENCO include:

* Leading and managing SEND provision across the school

* Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans

* Coordinating interventions and monitoring pupil progress

* Supporting teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and differentiation

* Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals

* Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies
