Practice Manager – Breakspeare Clinic, Milton-under-Wychwood

Full-time, Permanent | 35–40 hours per week | Hybrid working (in-clinic + remote)

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused
Practice Manager
to lead our Milton-under-Wychwood clinic. This is a varied role where no two days are the same—you'll oversee front desk operations, manage systems and compliance, support our amazing clinicians, and play a key role in shaping how our clinic runs and grows.

What You'll Do

* Own the day-to-day running of our front desk and administration.
* Lead and support our reception and admin team to deliver excellent service.
* Keep our systems, compliance, and facilities running smoothly.
* Work with our Clinic Director on business development, events, and growth initiatives.
* Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for patients, visitors, and partners.

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Great communication and people skills.
* Experience in practice management, office coordination, or team management.
* Confident IT user with knowledge of compliance, records management, and facilities.
* A flexible, can-do team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Experience in private healthcare or supporting marketing/business development is a bonus—but more than anything, we're looking for someone who shares our values, energy, and commitment to making a difference.

Salary
