We are
looking for a positive, enthusiastic Kitchen Porter who thrives under pressure
and is looking to take the next step in their kitchen career.
As a
Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in
ensuring they have everything they need to operate the kitchen during a busy
service. Our Kitchen Porters demonstrate a 'we're all in this together'
attitude, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and
enjoying working in a very busy work environment.
What
You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be
9. Support the
Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
10. Ensure the
kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
11. Action any
tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
12. Be the face of
positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at
all times
13. Undertake
regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
14. Work to support
a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
15. Display a smart
and professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post
Coffee Roasters in a positive way
