Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager, based in Knightsbridge. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, analyzing performance using marketing and web analytics, managing marketing initiatives, and overseeing marketing automation campaigns. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and oversight of project timelines and deliverables.
Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to manage the marketing function of a well-established, market-leading business in the service sector. You will be our first dedicated marketing employee responsible for increasing brand awareness, expanding our target audience, and ensuring a consistent flow of leads.
You will work closely with the founder of Odinin to ensure messages are accurate, marketing activities are effectively planned, and leads are acquired. This is an application-oriented role that provides true autonomy. You will have access to freelancers as needed, and new marketing initiatives will be welcome as long as they align with our growth objectives. In the long term, there is also the potential to help Odinin expand globally as it grows.
Ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, on the rise in their careers, and looking to make a tangible impact.
What you will do
Increase brand awareness and generate leads. Expand Odinin's target audience through SEO, social media, events, partnerships, and other relevant campaigns. Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of leads you generate and the clients we acquire.
Develop and manage partnerships. Work with federations, municipalities, trade authorities, and other key partners to increase Odinin's brand awareness and direct potential leads. Represent us at trade shows, events, and industry meetings.
Let's improve our messaging and positioning strategy. Let's communicate our value proposition to the market more effectively.
Manage and grow our social media channels. Establish our presence on platforms where our audience spends time. Produce engaging content that builds credibility and drives traffic to our site.
Manage and optimize our website for conversions. Increase traffic through SEO and other channels. Improve the visitor journey from the landing page to a demo request or inquiry. Test, measure, and iterate to improve lead generation.
Create engaging content. Prepare case studies, success stories, blog posts, and guides showing how Odinin helps organizations grow.
Who are you?
You are a passionate marketer. Our entire team has a genuine love for marketing, and you should share that passion to connect genuinely with our audience, build credibility in the industry, and understand what matters to our clients.
You have business acumen. You understand that marketing exists to create business. You don't mind being judged not just by impression and engagement, but also by potential clients and revenue.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and get things done without waiting to be told. You get excited about the chance to shape something rather than just follow a guideline.
You write well. Clear, persuasive text for emails, web pages, social media posts, and articles. No technical jargon, no unnecessary details, just content that resonates with our target audience.
You are comfortable using WordPress. You can update pages, create content, and make changes without needing a developer. You don't need to have technical knowledge, but you should be able to manage and improve a WordPress site on a daily basis.
You enjoy traveling occasionally. Part of building relationships in this industry is attending trade shows, federation meetings, and client visits.
Great to Have
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms. Prior B2B or SaaS marketing experience. Existing connections in the commerce sector. Experience managing social media for a brand. Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
