* Job title: CNC Programmer/Setter (Millers and Turners)
* Location: Leeds
* Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience and shift)
* Shifts: Permanent Mornings or Permanent Back Shift (4-day week on back shift)
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We\'re supporting a long-established precision engineering business in Leeds as they look to add a number of experienced CNC Programmer/Setters to their team. This is a stable, well-equipped machine shop with modern machines and a strong order book, offering long-term progression and a choice of shifts to suit your lifestyle.
The Role
* Programming, setting and operating CNC machines (Fanuc Controls Essential)
* Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Performing in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
* Working collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams
* Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
What We\'re Looking For
* Strong CNC programming experience
* Confidence working from technical drawings
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine
