PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for Sessional Coaches to support the delivery of high-quality practical coaching sessions across a variety of Nottingham Forest Community Trust programmes, including football.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Support the practical delivery of Trust programmes.
* Ensure that all delivery is structured and high quality, following the appropriate schemes of work.
* Ensure that all session data is up to date and accurate on the Trust’s monitoring database (Views/Salesforce).
* Ensure that all delivery programmes are fully compliant with the latest safeguarding, health and safety and data protection legislation.
* Be a positive role model and engage people of all ages and abilities in positive activities.
* Develop and maintain effective positive working relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience - Essential
* Ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
* Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
* Understanding of monitoring, evaluating and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* UEFA C Coaching Certificate or working towards
* Level 2 Sports/Multi Sports Qualifcation
* Association for Physical Ecducation (AfPE) Level 3.
* Understanding the National Curriculum & HE frameworks.
* IT literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Full, clean UK driving license.
