The Role:
* Use our dynamic scheduling system to plan daily work schedules for operatives, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
* Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location, and timing, while mitigating risks to KPIs.
* Support trade operatives via phone and email to ensure successful on-site work completion, aiming for first-time fix resolutions.
* Make accurate notes for each job to support compliance and processes.
* Produce daily KPI reports to contribute to overall contract performance.
What You Will Bring:
* Planning and scheduling experience is preferred, but high-level customer service and problem-solving skills are also valued.
* Willingness and drive to learn appointment booking, rescheduling, and engineer diary management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
* Strong IT and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and follow procedures.
